Justine Baltazar Shows Arsenal In La Salle Win Versus FEU


Justine Baltazar was posting up, shooting the 3s, running the break and most importantly he did it in the 4th quarter when FEU was caught up with La Salle at 61 then subsequently pulled away with a 14-4 backbreakef. It was a close 3rd quarter where there were ties and several lead changes. This time it was Cyrus Austria, Deschon Winston and Evan Nelle vs Abarrientos, LJ Gonzales and Sandagon. However La Salle's 3-point shooting duo Baltazar and Nonoy from 30 feet Sparks a 9-0 run trailing 49-50 to leading 58-50 after 3 quarters. FEU had a spirited run in the 4th quarter tying the game at 61-all with 6 minutes left. La Salle's running game was worked giving them mismatches and open looks. It was Balti time in the clutch who scored 7 points in this stretch and with the help of Kurt Lojera La Salle takes the game 75-65. Adding the total for La Salle were Nonoy with 17 points and Lojera 10. FEU's Gonzales had 17 points, Ojuola 13, Abarrientos 9 and Bienes 9.
