The Eye of the Storm

Since storms and typhoons and cyclones originate from the equator I coordinated with the weather bureau to map out the temperature of the oceans. Divide in into sectors. We probably douse ice cubes at hot sectors. But this project would be on hold because how would ice cubes affect the biodiversity at the sectors. Would it contain invasive species. What is the world without storms, typhoons and cyclones. I don't know.

The higher the temperature more winds accumulate at the atmosphere. Clouds would indicate the evaporation and condensation rate at the sector. I guess ice cubes and ice water can indeed control the ocean temperature. Biodiversity survives because wildlife is used to migrations.
